2025 Upcoming YEP Events

🌊 Monday, Mar 17 - Brennecke's Beach Day

Join us as we head down to Brennecke's for some fun in the sun. Transportation will be provided from Kauai CrossFit and CrossFit Poipu right after class, around 10:30am. If your child would like to join us from CrossFit Kekaha, please let me know as soon as possible so we can arrange transportation! Have your child(ren) bring a hat, sunscreen, plenty of water / snacks / sunscreen. They can also bring their boogie / body boards if they wish! Alternatively, you can send some money with your child if you would like for them to get lunch from some awesome spots, like Puka Dogs right across the street!

🗑️ Saturday, Mar 22 - Beach Clean-Up Community Service

Join us as we partner with Ho’omalu Ke Kai for a beach clean-up day from 10am - 1pm! Please bring water, some sunscreen, snacks/lunch, and proper clothes as we prepare to clean up our ‘āina. Transportation will be provided from both CrossFit Poipu (leaving at 9:15am) and Kauai CrossFit (leaving at 9:30am). If your child would like to join us from CrossFit Kekaha, please let me know as soon as possible so we can arrange transportation! Once complete, we will head back to the gyms for drop-off around 1:30pm!

The Youth Engagement Program welcomes kids from anywhere, whether you participate in CrossFit classes or not! We love these classes and will help point kids in this direction if they need a physical outlet. Our other events outside the gym accommodate these schedules and welcome youth that are in other sports and activities too!
