OCTOBER

Mon, Oct 7 - Prince Kuhio Park and Kamaloula Preserve Community Service

Kick off Fall Break strong as we partner Prince Kuhio Park and Kamaloula Preserve. The main goal is cultural preservation so we can plant native species and give back to the community in a sustainable way. Please bring a lunch, hat, water, personal snacks and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Transportation will be provided right after class at 10:30am. Please let us know if you wish to attend so we can have vans for transport at the right locations. Alternatively, you can meet us there!

Sat, Oct 19 - Not too Spooky Movie Night

At Uncle Hoffy's Stonehouse! Join us 6pm - 9pm for a night of spooky fun with our annual Pumpkin Carving / Painting contest. Please BYOP (bring your own pumpkin!) and tools. We will have some on hand just in case! Not too spooky movie in the background, snacks and drinks…what more could you need!?

NOVEMBER

Sat, Nov 2 - Sleeping Giant Hike

We are planning to head to the east side of the island for a hike to Sleeping Giant! Please bring a towel, water, sunscreen and some snacks if you want! After the hike, we will head to Lydgate Beach for a cool-down in the ocean. Transportation will be provided from CrossFit Poipu at 8:30am, and Kauai CrossFit at 9:00am.

Fri, Dec 13 - Christmas Party

Tis the season to be holly and jolly! Join us on the Southside at our Stonehouse from 6pm - 9pm for our annual Keala Ohana Christmas Party. All ages and families are welcome! Stay tuned for further information.

The Youth Engagement Program welcomes kids from anywhere, whether you participate in CrossFit classes or not! We love these classes and will help point kids in this direction if they need a physical outlet. Our other events outside the gym accommodate these schedules and welcome youth that are in other sports and activities too!
